New Age Manufacturing, Inc. (New Age) is a veteran / family owned Corporation located in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. In business since 1999, New Age specializes in prototype development and the production of precision machined specialized parts from metals as well as exotic plastics. Parts machined by New Age have flown on the space shuttle and are currently on the International Space Station. Other parts machined by New Age are in medical and material testing and sampling facilities throughout the United States and Europe. New Age has obtained and assigned to its clients several US Patents as a result of its prototyping services. Prototyping services are furnished under confidentiality and/or Non-Disclosure Agreements so as to preserve the customer’s proprietary interests. New Age can provide manufacturing and assembly services or will assists the customer in locating other suitable production facilities with adequate quality control procedures. In those cases where production requires capabilities or facilities not available at New Age, New Age provides consulting services to insure manufacturing efficiencies and quality assurance. Client products taken by New Age through the concept, prototype, patent and production processes are now being marketed throughout the United States.
Besides prototype services and the production of precision machined parts, New Age offers services that clients find useful in controlling overall cost and insuring consistent quality control. These services include 5-axis machining capability, AutoCAD and Surf Cam drawings, mold prototype services with limited mold production capacity, powder coating and Teflon coating with ovens as large as 6x6x4, anodizing and black oxide services, fabrication, pad printing, laser engraving, welding and assembly services.
